cooking pork

I have a piece of pork weighing 2.520kg and it says to cook for 35minutes per 150grams could you help me work out how long to cook it as my mind has gone blank this morning?

It can`t say 35 mins for 150 grams surely??

30 minutes plus 30 minutes per kilo (medium) or 40 minutes (well done)

Therefore 30 + 2.5 x 30 = 105 minutes -1 hour 45.

I'd of cooked the peice for 2.5 - 3 hours on gas mark 5
