How much meat' and fat do you get on these and are they expensive?

This cut of meat is cheap and fatty!

I use these for soups. I parboil the ribs and then I cut off the fatty bits once cooled.
Then they go into my soups, bones and all.

They are a cheap way of adding flavour to soups and stews.
I forget to add, you do get a fair bit of meat once you've cut off the fatty bits.
