forgot to defrost my pork chops!!!

Hi crisgal,
if you have a microwave, defrost them in that. If you cook them from frozen on your 'George' they may cook on the outside before cooking fully through on the inside x

yeah, that's what i thought sachs.
the last time i tried to defrost in a microwave, the edges started cooking and it put me off a bit!

Try defrosting with a plate/ lid covering them and defrost a few mins at a time x

I bought a little metal plate thing a few years ago, it defrosts stuff rapidly. Not much use to you now I know, but for the future?
