So Lets Shaft Our Farmers.....

I want to try the Special K, Drop A Jean Size diet; which says to eat a bowl of Special K for breakfast and lunch and then for your third to be balanced. Only I don't really know what a balanced meal consists of.
Any ideas that are easy to prepare?
Thanks.

Chicken stir fry and vegatables, Spagetti bol and salad. Vegetable curry (low fat sauce). Grilled chicken or fish with veg or salad. Anything really that has bit of meat, fish or chicken, some carbs (pasta, rice, potatoe, bread) and lots of veg or salad.
First of all, ask yourself, do you really need to drop a jean size? Many of these diets invole sudden loss of breasts, just look at (sorry I cannot remember here name but she plays Bridget Jones) Bridget Jones (Bridget Jones Diary 1+2, size between C-F) versus Roxy Hart (Chicago size AA-A) That was after a serious weight loss which did not suit here, if you were made to be skinny but put on weight then go ahead, if you weren't made to be skinny then it's not worth it, you will end up looking worse, if you already are skinny then WhAt ThE hElL aRe YoU dOiNg!?!?!?!?
Sorry if I sound too pushy but my older sister is a size 6-8 and thinks she is fat! Nobody agrees and she wont eat out. And, not just saying this, but she is one of the prettiest people I know and was going to do modelling but lost her confidence although she did get her portfolio.
So my advice is don't diet unless you are unhealthily overwieght which I sincerely doubt you are.
