Mains: Roast leg of venison with a port and hedgerow jelly sauce, selection of spring veg and new potatoes

Sautee of lambs liver, with little bacon rolls and onions, creamy mash, spring greens onion gravy

Well.who knows, when I get my conservatory and patio/decking finished, and the proper brick built BBQ area and the lawn done or perhaps BEFORE the lawn is done, i might have a big party and invite you all! Put the huge tent out in the garden, get the BBQ going with steaks and chops, chicken fillets, steak burgers and homemade sauasges...bowls of fresh salad, I'd bake loads of rolls...put out all my relishes and chutney's...do some jacket potatoes - and a huge vat of my party special punch....It's got Vodka, rum, brandy, schnapps, fruit juices and stuff...always gets the party started, as does a couple of dozen cases of beer, lager and guinness, and some wine boxes
