Oh supersuezy, from the comments and hassle I get you'd think I was the devil incarnate, not somebody trying to give people ideas as to what to cook for a change!!
Yum, I think I will have mushrooms to start, then fish, chips etc and then lemon merigue pie, cheese and I never got to finish that bottle of Ameretto from yesterday so a glass of that over ice please! :-)
I will try your quiche later this evening as knowing me I am bound to get peckish later!

I can't decide between the mushrooms and the soup!

Definitely cod for main.

I will pass on dessert today but raid the cheese and crackers instead, normal coffee.

Not in much of a wine mood either though it's it's icewein like the Canadian one then I'd be up for a bit of that :)

yaytoast!! Sorry - I sometimes get pantysgawn which is a Welsh goats cheese and a name that gives us a laugh, or gevrik, which is Cornish goats cheese.
I once bought some gjetost, and everybody gave it a wide berth - i like it, hubby doesn't!!
Sorry Mercia, I only noticed your response to my question earlier now, Ah sod them and ignore them :)
Nearly missed today's menu. Garlic mushrooms with sour cream dip, Steak and ale pie with new potatoes, and lemon meringue pie for me please. Oh how I could just eat that.
