well about 1km if you add it up we probbaly did in 30 minutes as the other km we were doing leisurely as we were getting the people who had never rowed before trained up, so over about 3 hours, as we didn't go very far and were stopping and starting. But i was in the hardest place which is noticeably more difficult than the other three.
I asked about Aspergers yesterday. I've just looked up the key signs. They include:
• Monotonous, rigid or unusually fast speech.
• Conversations revolve around self.
• Engaging in one-sided, long-winded conversations, without noticing if the listener's reactions.
• Obsessing on one or two specific, narrow subjects, like sports statistics, train schedules, weather or snakes.
• Lack common sense.
• Odd forms of self-stimulatory behavior.
• Sensory problems appear not to be as dramatic as those with other forms of autism.
• Socially aware but displays inappropriate reciprocal interaction.
• Appearing not to understand or be sensitive to others' feelings.
• An inability to "read" other people or understanding humour.
• Often described as eccentric.
