4 asda chicken breast frozen fillets (with added water) cooked in the oven and then added to a 570g jar of asdas Indian inspired Jalfrezi cooking sauce with extra spices cooked to perfection on the stove and served with 2 cups of boiled long grain rice and a large naan bread. Followed by vanilla ice cream with toffee pouring sauce and a glass of Bacardi and diet coke. Who says we can't cook up ere? I don't mind who pinches my menu one bit,

Home-cooked is always the best. Hope you enjoyed it, Dot.
Now I'm in the mood for ice cream but I have none, only fruit lollies.
I'm chuckling at dotty washing all that down with a Bacardi and 'diet' coke! Another woman after my own heart. [:o)
lol Dot what's with the ice cream with toffee sauce, and DIET coke? :-)

it was bloody good and I grated some chocolate over the ice cream and i'm just starting my 3rd bacardi, it's great being off work for a week lol
I love home-modded jar curries.
Question Author
lol what are they?
I bought a jar of Rogan Josh (sp?) from Aldi - it wasn't a branded name - and it made a lovely chicken curry.
like what you did Dot. Buy a curry in a jar and add your own spices to give a a little something extra. Home-modded = modified!
Nice I would only skip the toffee and Barcardi.
Hope you used the World Cup Countdown Clock for timing your cooking dot ! It would be a pity to overcook good food :-D
Nice and authentic eh, Dot? ;-)
