Haven't had fish and chips for about 18 months!! I used to like Haddock best.

oooooh fish n chips jem! .. hmmmm eaten straight from the paper, with salt and extra vinegar! .. hmmmm, lovely!
gosh its aaages since ive had that..
i love the chips when theyre quite soft and the batter on the fish is all golden and crispy. goes well with a tub of mushy peas, some tomato ketchup, and a slice of bread and butter and a cuppa tea.
is that what youre having for your friday night tea tonight then jem? ... ooh lucky ol you... wish i was :o)

i also like a pasty with my chips and a tub of curry sauce or occasionally a sausage in batter.
hmmm, all very lovely for an occasional treat.

I've been buying salmon lately. We do occasionally have haddock and chips with mushy peas or curry sauce if we go to our local fish restaurant. I do like a bit of plaice too.

Yep, Thats what I had for tea tonight. Down south we don't have mushy peas, we like Picalli or pickled onions + tomato sauce. B&B is a must but I like a cool glass of Cola rether than tea,
My G/daughter won't eat chips without salad cream.and I can't see how anyone can go 18 months without Chissy fips. no no no.
Nice to know other peoples favs ThanQ folks.
