I usually buy frozen aunt bessies because theres only me and my partner and its easier. But couldnt find any this week so have bought paxo, but I want sausage meat stuffing so bought the sausage meat too. So what do I do now as recipe on side of box is without sausage meat and using water

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.i'd make up the paxo like it says on the box and then squidge the sausage meat into it with your hands till it's all blended in. then cook it in a dish, maybe for a bit longer than they say for paxo, or make balls from it, or stuff the chicken/whatever with it.

that paxo stuffing mix is ok, i like it.
i just put some into a mixing bowl, finely chop up some onion, add salt and a generous sprinkling of pepper, add some boiling water and mix, let it cool, then shape into your stuffing balls.
place in a baking tray with a little oil, into the oven they go, turn them a couple of times, and 30-45 mins later, voila! a nice bit of stuffing is had by all! :o)
