Ready made Royal Icing is like rubber! Make yr own! Much more edible. Remember to add a little lemon juice (from a REAL lemon! Not a bottle). That'll keep it soft. Good luck!

Hi Eddie! Making yr own royal icing look professionally dun isn't easy but the proof of the 'pudding' is in the eating!! It may take a little longer, as does making yr own marzipan but give me home made 'cooking' EVRY TIME!!!
