minced veal

Hi Abers. i bought some reduced priced minced veal but i've never used it before. Has anyone got some recipe ideas for me please.

No sorry have only ever eaten Veal as an escalope and that was in a restaurant have never thought to look for it minced in store, may do now though.

I got it from Waitrose but like I said it was reduced but don't know what to do with it. I've seen some other websites that have got some ideas but I'm still watching this space
No doubt some will detract from the following but:

I have only ever eaten veal once in my life, and that was almost 40 years ago when veal escalopes were served up at formal dinner at university. I can honestly say it was the most tasteless thing I have ever eaten and, whilst not overly affected at the sight of dewey-eyed calves in crates, I thought it a criminal waste to slaughter the young beasts when in a couple of more years we could have had such luscious, juicy steaks, and more of them.
I do agree that in the past the treatment of veal calves was atrocious but things have been improved vastly and major stores should only be dealing with reputable sources
I can't see much point in minced veal. Mince is usually used with a sauce/gravy...why waste it on veal?
