Being 48 yrs old and still playing football i was wondering what the best approach is in terms of nutrition. I eat quite normally, with pasta or porridge before games and have isotonic drinks before and after playing. Being competitive i was wondering what more i could do that isnt too involved to improve my energy levels and post match recovery. cheers
