Get your tuna and chicken in, dont neglect carbs, make sure you eat a fair amount of good fats. I believe the look you are after could be obtained through diet alone. getting cut is about 85% diet.
p.s. no offence but I am dubious that you have a good workout program. Anything commercial is awful. post it up if you want.
The best way i found is just a normal, low fat balanced diet. If you eat everything in moderation, at the right times and you have a good workout programme (like you say you have) you will not have any problem at all in losing body fat and toning up.
All this low carb diet stuff is an 'ok' short term fix but is unreliable, unhealthy and no more beneficial to you in the long term especially if you are aiming to lose the fat and then maintain those levels.
