i bought a turkey breast joint last night, as it was on offer. I thought I could do a roast dinner for tea, as we didn't have one this weekend, and it's my day off.
I've looked in the freezer and have some sausage and bacon.
In the cupboard there's some stuffing, cranberry sauce and I even found a Christmas pud!
I might dig out some crackers too!

Snap - I bought a Bernard Matthews Turkey breast joint at half price, thats defrosting on the side. Had one a couple of weeks ago, it was very nice. Just as easy to do a roast dinner as anything else I find

to be honest I thought they were quite dear, but it works about £2.50 a head for the whole dinner - which isn't bad!
Not at all...Hope you enjoy.
Sprouts?
Mine have been boiling away since the beginning of September Hopkirk
Mmmm a roast turkey dinner with all the trimmings sounds like a great idea on this driech and miserable day.
