frozen yoghurt vs. ice-cream

what is the difference between yoghurt and ice-cream. Why is frozen yoghurt considered healthier. Aren't they both ultimately milk changed into something different, then mixed with sugar and stuff and frozen?

I think that frozen yoghurt has way less fat in it or,at least,  is supposed to have

Yoghurt has far less fat than cream, which I assume is in ice cream (have never made it - I'm lazy and it's far easier to buy a tub!) or at the very least full fat milk.
