Yes-I have. You can do it by pouring boiling water over.Just as long as they were not over cooked to begin with. I'm not aware of any food safety issues connected with them.
In chinese eateries all over the Far East, they keep cooked noodles in cold water, then dunk them in boiling water for a few seconds to re-heat them when they're wanted.
A few months back I made "spaghetti" bolognese, only to find that I had run out of spaghetti. In order not to waste the meat and sauce I opened a packet of noodles. To be quite honest, not only were they so much easier to cook, but I preferred the texture as well. After all, I suppose it is the same stuff in another form, so from now on it's noodle bolognese for me.
"I know that noodles don't take long to cook, but can they be re-heated? Thanks"
Of course they can, Microwave for a few minutes (amount of time depending on the quantity of noodles) or heat up on the stove, or in the oven. When heating on the stove add a wee bit of water so the noodles won't stick to the pot and burn.
I've done all three and noodles always heated well.
