I'm going to watch the footy around my pals house on tuesday and we have to bring a homemade curry with us (i've done a homemade curry party several times at my house with great success)

I shall be making a Thai red curry but i'd like to also take some Thai style noodles as an accompanyment.

I'll buy a few packs of fresh egg noodles but then, i need your advice as to what to add to it....

I was thinking to stir fry the noodles with a little soy sauce, lime juice and honey and add some finely chopped chillis, been sprouts, small prawns and maybe some baby corn.

What do you rekon....would you add or remove anything ?

Your suggestions are appreciated

I would use fish sauce instead of the soy, some minced garlic and ginger, and some finely chopped coriander, and thai basil if available.
I would leave out the honey and add egg and maybe add some chopped chicken to it as well as the prawns.
I don't think there's a set way to make it but a typical thai noodle dish is called 'Pad Thai'.
Check out this link which has a video showing you how to make it by a Thai lady:

I usually stick in some big leafed green (Kale or similar) dried chillis, carrot, loads of garlic, pork and add chilli in spirit vinegar afterwards

Honey is probably not great, a pinch of sugar would do
