What would be the most healthy (low fat) thing to choose off tonight's menu at the Italian:

Caesar Salad (with chicken, anchovies & tiger prawns) with french fries.
Chicken with gorgonzola sauce with french fries.
Penne pasta with salmon & broccoli in a cream & chilli sauce with french fries.
Lobster & Crab ravioli in a cream & saffron sauce with french fries.

Or should I swap the french fries for garlic bread with caramelised onions & mozzarella?

No rowan - it's Wednesday. Early morning swim tomorrow, so just the one bottle perhaps. I'm not asking permission (as if!!!), just some pointers as to what to choose cos I am terrible at menu choices.
The lobster & crab ravioli sounds lovely and so does the chicken. I wouldn't know what to choose out of those two. Whichever one I choose I'd still have room for a death by chocolate afterwards.
Have what you really fancy but how about asking for a starter size portion of everything

Great idea rowan. I have made a decision: scrap the fries and the garlic bread and have the goats cheese starter (with foccacia & balsamic dressing) followed by lobster & crab ravioli - starter-size.

That way, I get my cheese, my bread, my salad (well a little bit) and my pasta. That way I am avoiding too much bread and too much cream.
