NO! Do not use it!!!!

It will have turned into instant poison at the stroke of midnight.

It's a use by date.
It'll be fine...it's not you're going to eat it rare...
If it doesn't smell 'off' either before cooking, or during, then it will be ok.
It will be OK,unless of course the magic gizmo which makes makes things go off at Midnight on the stated date has operated
just a day out you should be ok
but take a big sniff first !!!
If it looks and smells OK it will be OK. I presume it has been kept in the fridge. Use by dates are a guideline not a precise science!!
Don't use it if it's green..............

That's Doc...
Most companies err on the side of caution by quite a large margin as

A) They dont want to get sued

B) They want to make more money

If it has been stored correctly and smells alright then you will have no problems
Trigger!!!! LOL

now tell us what you are going to make
give it a little rinse in cold water first - dont know why but I always rinse meat first

Hi TonyV - nothing exciting, out of the jar Bolognese with cheesy, garlic pizza (I'm not having any of it as I don't like pasta but the kids love it).
