They are beautiful, elegantly simple and slim-looking, made in a fishing village in Denmark.
There are many copies of the style out there. I have the original steel look, but I also bought a copy (Ingersol Obaku) because it is copper coloured like my trombone.
Both the origibal and the copy are fine: but watch out for copies that are too cheap!
You should see me in my concert blacks, with matching trombone, watch, cufflinks and trombone mute! I ain't the greates player, but I have style...
Advert alert
Advert Alert? I hope you're not suggesting that I'm an undercover agent for QVC. You don't have to buy them there! Also, as I said, I've bought something similar that isn't Skagen.
Nice Moggy, by the way...
No. not you, minotaur - but as you know it's not unusual for one person to post something about a product, and for an unknown second person to then point up a website where you can buy it...
Copper-coloured watch sounds nice, btw!

Thanks both of you for your replies. I would like to see you minotaur with all your matching accessories. Very smart. Thanks again.
Skagen got its name from the fishing village but is actually based in Reno, Nevada.
Breitling for me with a Tiffany and Hermes as back ups
I have a ladies Skagen watch. They are beautiful and elegant. I bought mine from QVC.
Skagen watches, ad advertised on AB for QVC - coincidentally one adds AB after a company name like Ltd or PLC in Scandionavia....any linkage perhaps.

Will you send my 10% fee to Lloyds Bank....... (answer removed....AB Ed).
These are Danish-designed but with a Japanese or Swiss movement and are usually very slim and elegant. My choice for a not-too-expensive good quality watch would be from Citizen's Eco-Drive range - five year warranty and light-powered so never need a battery-change. We have several (each!).
