I have not made this for some years and have lost the recipe. I know it has a digestive biscuit crust and condensed milk, lemon or lime zest and juice, but cannot remember quantities My 80 year old brain has let me down again!

I have now found a recipe under condensed milk recipes
I would love to see the recipe you are going to use Mrsmurphey.

Here you go.Crush 250d. Digestive biscuits. Mix with 100g butter. Press into 8" flan tin. Chill. Whip together 1 tin condensed milk, 300ml. double cream. Fold in juice and zest of large limes or 3 large lemons. Pour onto base and chill. Decorate with fine lines in melted chocolate.Sorry left out 5 large limes!
5 large Limes!!.....Ooooh my teeth just melted! :=)
