Hi .Any risotto recipes will be helpfull I personally find the dish a little "sticky" but I have been overturned so let the floodgates open and see what transpires.

I use Delia Smith oven baked rissoto recipes. Much less messing about and really nice, not had one fail yet.Just google her name and rissoto, you will get many different types to chose from.

The key to unsticky rice is to wash it thoroughly with several rinses before cooking.
