Saered scallops with pancetta
Roast Duck breast with creamed leeks, green beans, herb potatoes and a red wine & red currant sauce
Lemon mousse with sable biscuits

How does this sound? Would it go? What changes would you make?

I like all of it, but I think I wouldn't pair the scallops with the duck. Scallops are delicate, duck is strong - I think I'd go for a different starter myself.

A number of usernames appear as 'nudgescuffler' when you put them in a post. Some are okay (like factor30, buildersmate, merciasounds, nudgescuffler, echokilo) but others such as drspock and nudgescuffler seem to change. I don't think Ed has explained.
Anyway, just add coffee and mints at the end and it will be perfect

Shall hot pan fry very bring to seal it (skin on) and then oven roast for about 10 minutes max ...... rest, slice and serve
