Cheesey macaroni cheese

try making the cheese sauce with shropshire blue or stilton and add lots of paprika to the mix and finely chopped red and green chillies

Make it anyway you like, but always shave loads of parmesan on top & whack it under the grill for a few mins just before serving :)

Extra mature cheddar with teaspoon of mustard, and I make my white sauce in microwave so tasty :))))))

If you use a sauce mix add about a tablespoon of parmesan, half a teaspoon of paprika and some garlic to the sauce top with a mix of breadcrumbs, really strong cheddar, more parmesan and 1/2 teaspoon dried onion powder
part cook the macaroni first and use two packets of cheese sauce(colemans 3 cheese one is stronger than the cheddar one) or a pint of home made
