This is hopefully the most difficult decision I'll have to make for a while.
Gone off em lately but I'm blinking hungry and I had a card from one of our subbies with a tenner in it so I could treat myself. Just not sure I can be bothered to drive out to get one.
Brown sauce!!! No no no no no. The perfect bacon sarnie is simple fresh white bread, thin layer of butter and some lovely crispy non-fatty bacon. No sauce required.
my ideal bacon butty's closer to Evian's, white bread, or even better, a crusty batch, lightly buttered, a bit of tommy k, and my bacon, fat cut off, still squealing! Ooof!
noooo, I want to taste meat! Leaving the fat on and making it crispy doesn't satisfy my carniverous urges! The only thing that can make it better is sausage and fried egg, but that's for special occasions only!
Just to make you all drooooool for one ...mine is now cooked, ready, looking MARVELLOUS...just slapping the brown sauce on .......and about to demolish it.....downed with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
