Quark, chorizo

Need to use both up in the next couple days. Im a beginner with quark, Ive never used it before. Can anyone suggest a recipe to use these up? It cant have any other 'cheese' in it tho as hubby hates cheese. Im going to tell him the quark is creme freche tho (sshhhhh!)

Chorizo goes with loads of things - we like to slice it and use it with pasta, with chicken, in a carbonara sauce.

We eat a lot of Quark .You can put in loads of things sweet or savoury .I even put it in mashed potatoes .Lovely on toast or hot crusty rolls with apricot jam .
Makes lovely cheesecake too.

Id probably make a quiche with the quark beaten into the eggs as the filling base with chopped chorizo, red peppers and red onion in it when making the pastry case add paprika and ground garlic to the dough.. would go well with a tomato salad
