leg of lamb
Got a lovely Leg of Lamb - a favourite for both of us.
Before buying the bits and bobs,I would welcome ideas on the best way/s of serving Lamb to it"s most juiciest and delicious.
Had ideas of seeking out a Deli,to buy dried apricots, almonds to toast, and maybe preserved lemons,to have a bash at Morroccan - but that is new..so..not sure!
Should I just stay trad - roast taters and veg- mint sauce?
