Can anyone suggest a cheese that I can use to make these cheesy versions of pigs in blankets. It has to be something that doesn't really melt, i tried cheddar and it was a horrible gooey mess. It needs to be able to keep it's shape until the bacon has cooked. Thanks

Halloumi?
Camambert, if wrapped in the bacon tightly enough doesn't leak out. I make them at Christmas time and add a sprig of rosemary. Failing that, halloumi as ummm suggested, definitely wont leak.
I want some of that now, Vodka.
Lol it's so easy and lush!

I think I'll try halloumi. Thanks everyone for the prompt answers. :o)
I cook the bacon first, then wrap it round cheddar, stick with cocktail stick, and reheat in the oven.
