Sticky Toffee Pudding

Yes, I know I can google it but does anyone have an easy recipe for sticky toffee pudding? It has to serve seven gannets (don't make puddings/cake often so it will get wolfed down). Also, for a pudding of that size, what sort of dish can I cook it in? Thanks (also have a hankering for plain scones, cream and jam but think I can handle that one)

Sorry meant to add that recipe makes 8 individual puddings but if you double it, you can make it in a 25cm square baking tin x
