Ice Cream Chrismas Pudding

I have just made this from Mary Berry's recipe in the D Mail the other week. It is delicious served with the toffee sauce, I am taking it to the Trefoil Guild Party today. Just one problem it contains raw eggs. I don't care.

Has anybody got other 'special recipes'?
