Himself has taken the dogs out so I am chucking a hoover round before we settle down for the rugby this afternoon.
So what’s on your plate today? He is having spaghetti bolognaise and I am having bolognaise stuffed peppers .

Still recovering from London trip, so another lazyish day, braised liver and onions, mash and cabbage tonight, followed by coconut custard and tropical fruit salad. Might give the tv a miss and read instead.

The bolognaise has been cooking over a low heat from yesterday so is very intense.
The dogs are back and sleeping in nice clean beds.
Time for some brunch

Morning all. The only liver I'll eat is chicken livers. I'll have half the packet with caramelized onions,the rest becomes pate/parfait. But I really need to be in the mood for it.

Today I have a choice between cod goujons (dipped in seasoned polenta and parmesan), or goats cheese stuffed peppers. The peppers are starting to wrinkle, so that's the most likely option.

Daughter did test yesterday and definitely has Covid. I wonder if her taste and smell have come back?

Love a bit of bacon with my liver and onions. But its salad today again I'm on a diet. Diabetes is back again

No idea about dinner tonight. Probably a Chinese stir fry. We prefer my stir fries to those from the Chinese restaurant! And Mr T has my recipe written down!

Just finished a late breakfast of smashed avocado on toast. Just chilling and waiting for the football derby to start. Him is Tottenham & me, Chelsea.
Then dinner will be roast chicken & trimmings.

Hope that's as bad as it gets, Helen and you're soon rid of it. Took the daughter a bit longer than she expected but at least it was mild.
Rugby at home today....can only manage so much Guinness. ;-)

I'll be finishing, I hope, a knitted blanket for someone. She bought one of mine in the Christmas shop and wants another the same. I don't use patterns...just make it up as I go along so a bit hit and miss at times. Still, it keeps me out of mischief....a bit.
Relax now.....Covid ends quicker if you do. :-)
