August and September is marrow season, you can prepare your stuffing now and freeze it

Thanks barry. You read my mind. I have a favourite Maltese stuffed marrow recipe that I really enjoy though I suppose other country's have their speciality stuffing. I luckily found very big courgettes a month back and it assuaged my cravings a bit but Marrow is the real McCoy.

Tesco don't know what a marrow is? That doesn't surprise me. I asked if they had some arrowroot biscuits and they thought I was making it up.
