How long to I boil it for begore adding it into the soup, To be honest i'm not too sure how to make it, any help would be appreciated. I have all the ingredients.

The meat usually starts coming off the bone.About 2 hours depending on size. You leave the ham to cool and use the cooking water to make your soup. When the ham is cool enough cut off the meat and add it to the soup.
