Whole salmon

what do i do with a whole salmon - cooking for around 7 people and could do with some ideas. want to keep it whole really but no idea about flavours, please help

Well you're going to need a fish kettle for a start if you want to cook a whole salmon.... I always put vinegar in the water as salmon can be a bit brackish... some bay leaves, peppercorns and slices of lemon
