chocolate Cake with goose egg

A long time ago i had a cake made with turkey eggs, instead of chicken eggs - it was wonderful.
I just was at a local market and they had freerange goose eggs. On impulse i bought one and figure i will make a chocolate cake with it; replacing with this one (goose) egg, the required three (chicken) eggs. Will it work out well? Will it be delicious?
