Parsnip & Apple Soup

Does anyone have a recipe for a soup using parsnips and apples. Had some at the local Garden Centre Restaurant today with some crusty brown bread. Delicious ---- A meal in itself.

Celeriac and apple is also absolutely gorgeous - they seem to change flavour into something entirely different when made into soup (and a splash of cream is even better!)
