I made a Pavlova on Easter Sunday and served with whipped cream and raspberries - everyone loved it! Used Delia's meringue recipe - 4 egg whites, 8oz caster sugar (whip sugar in for about 5 mins to stop it melting out in oven), set oven to 150C, put in meringue and reduce to 140C, cook for 1 hour and then turn off oven and leave in over night. You can make Pavlova day before, get cream and fruit ready and pile into meringue just before serving. Save me a slice!
Eton Mess...the same ingrediants as above^^^^^^......but break up meringue into individual glasses and top with the berries and cream.
Hey
You can find plenty of easy desserts here (all recipes are on video): http://www.sutree.com/videos/Desserts/12406
Get a packet of frozen fruits (eg summer fruits from tesco) and put it in the bottom of a dish

Whip a carton of cream, and mix it with the same amount of greek yoghurt. Pour this mix on top of the fruit.

Cover with a thick layer of sugar and put in in the fridge overnight until it goes hard.

This is so easy and tasty, eveyone always asks me for the recipe!
