When i make meatballs i add finely chopped onion,some garlic, chopped chillis if liked, a egg, and some breadcrumbs and seasoning, bind together,then chill in fridge till required!!!
depending how much mince you have, yes the whole beaten egg, you could fry them gently on there on first just to brown them, then make a tomato sauce if you have a recipe, or google one, if not get a decent jar of pasta sauce add to pan and simmer gently till cooked, either add cooked pasta,or serve on top of cooked pasta, and serve with shaving of parmesan if you like!!!!
