Has any one got a recepe for easy yet unusual canapes that don't have to be heated

Halvea cherry tomato, 'thread' one half onto a cocktail stick. Cube mozzarella and thread one cube onto the stick. add a small amount of pesto to the cheese and then thread on the second half of the tomato. Thus making a 'tomato sandwich'. Dead easy to make, and good for veggies too!!!

Olive tapenade
Mozarella, tomato and basil
Tomato, garlic and olive oil
Nicoise(tuna,green beans, olives and capers)
Gorgonzola cream
