Smoked Salmon and creamy scrambled egg on a toasted bagel.
Smoked salmon, blinis and soured cream. all you need to do is haet blinis in oven. Yum
last year rather than a starter i made some canapes which was alot easier to cope with. I had some smoked salmon blinis, tiny tartlets with goats cheese and caremalised onion and little filo pastries with mix of veg in them. They went down really well and everyone just helped themselves along with a drink when they arrived! We then sat down to the soup course and continued from there!
prawn cocktail

Beer. !
remember to check for any veggies/food allergies and keep it light if your having a turkey plus trimmings.

i love smoked salmon as a starter but also something fresh like a light salad
