Hello. I have a couple of salmon fillets ( frozen; supermarket bought). I know I can fry or grill them but can anyone suggest a good sauce or marinade to compliment the fish? All help greatly apprecieated.

White sauce with parsley and capers.

And eat the fish with new potatoes in mint and asparagus.
to be honest I just like either a bit of lemon or butter on salmon but my friend loves a creamy mango sauce that she had somewhere - perhaps you could find a recipe online for that. Was not a heavy sauce, more fresh!
salmon teriyaki mmmmmmmmm

and you can just buy ready made teriyaki sauce, blue oyster do a good one

Have you got white wine, butter, limes and coriander in your fridge? If so, that makes a lovely marinade.
