Lasagne?
Lamb Koftas.

Minced lamb, lemon juice, natural yoghurt, minced garlic and ginger, cumin, minced chilli, and some other ingredients.. shape like sausages and insert skewer and grill or griddle. Serve with dips.

Alternatively, try making Mousakka.
Hi Nom, how's the Alf? (bet he'd like the mince!)
He's a little trouble maker ! But I love him. :-)

Stone... don't forget to add fresh coriander and mint (optional) to the kofta recipe. And if using wooden skewers, pre-soak to avoid burning.

cheers, guys - never considered lasagne. nom - your recipe sounds tasty! i should also add i am not a good cook and can burn coffee. i seem to fail even if i am following instructions to the letter....! x
or you could just do good old savoury mince....
what about small meatballs...or FRIKADELS (google it its YUMMY mini meatballs coated in breadcrumbs).
Lamb koftas are great and you can serve them in pitta with salad and chilli sauce, or other dressings. You can substitute the lamb with Turkey if you want to cut the calories too.

Boxy... not atm, as it's too hot over there. I swore I'd never do another June, July and August there. I'm rooting for England first, Spain second in the WC.
Hi stonekicker. This is a made-up recipe that I do which I suppose is similar to savoury mince.

I fry up the mince with chopped onion (and carrot if you fancy).
Then add a bit of tomato puree and stock.
Let it bubble for a while and then . . . this might sound odd . . .I add mint sauce!
Add a bit of s+p to taste and serve up with new potatoes.

Yummm - made myself hungry now!!
This is similar to a recipe I make....it's even better topped with fried onions...serve with greek yogurt.

Well, the three I was going to say have been mentioned, kofta kebabs, meatballs or keema curry.
