Commodore 64
Can anyone help. We have boughta Commodore 64 (yes the original 80's type!) from a local car boot. It fires up and everything but we keep getting multi coloured lines in the background and can go no further than the opening title screen. We have followed the instructions as per the games but still no good. Anyone help or perhaps advise what the problem might be or better still how to play it! Thanks in advance

The cassette tapes would contain so many drop-outs I doubt many would load successfully.
Maybe this is the time to learn 6502 assembly language and make your own games!
