Help me remember the name of an old PC game!!! :D

Can anyone remember an old PC game. i think it was called DeGeneration but i'm not sure.

basically you were in a skyscraper and you had to progress up the floors to deliver a package to the guy at the top but the building was over run by bio engeneered weapons (Mainly big bounceing red blobs and gun turrents that rottated and where green also blue cylinders that squashed you. The blobs came out of holes that you had to run over to close) you also had to save hostages on the way and somoe of them were imposters who cut you head off. all you had as a weapon was a laser and you could collect grenades and sheilds to make you invincable for a few second, also there was electric things that you have to avoid on the floor.

If anyone remembers this game and knows the proper name of it and it's developer i'd be very very happy :D

The name of this game was indeed D\Generation and it was released in 1991 by Mindscape.
