my computer was crashing and I was told I would need to reinstall windows, which I have done and I have also removed Norton beccause that is also supposed to cause problems(read that on this site also). Was going alright for a couple of days but as soon as I plugged my PSP in via the USB it crashed immediately. Has anyone else had this problem?. Any suggestions?

Looking at some forums on Google theres reference to possibly updating the USB drivers - I have no idea sorry how a PSP would work with a PC, but there also seems to be a bit of a potential problem if the USB is a hub-type USB - its seems to be something to possibly do with the power - is the PSP powered up independently ,or is it run from the USB - I have a USB CD/DVD rewriter and although its plugged into the USB port it does need its own power supply as the USB alone wouldnt have the power to run it - perhaps this is what's causing the problem? Sorry this is a bit vague.
