computer crash

HELP! My computer keeps chrashing on me all the time. It varies from about 5-30 mins between each one. Does anybody, know what might be the problem or any help on howe to fix it, work out whats wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.

Either there is not enough room around the case to let the air circulate, or the inside of the case is full of dust or fluff.
You may need to take the pc case side of and blow out any dirt or dust with a hair drier.
Also gently prise it off the fans and heat sinks with a pencil or something like that. Best to do this outdoors.

Whatever you do don't use a pencil
if you end up with powdered graphite in the processor mount .... or between the tracks of the mobo ... your system will stay crashed (might as well go the whole hog ... and put it in the bath.
don't use a hairdryer either they are hot! - and so is yout processor ... hot+hotter = ?
a soft natural bristle brush - or one of the hand held low power vacs (if you must ... but don't get too near)
