Found Burial Details But No Death Cert.

Searching for my g/grandad, John Charles Ledson death cert. He was buried in St Phillips Cemetery, Manchester 1926 and i have the plot number. I have searched the usual websites and tried varients on his name but no luck. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks

Philips Park Cemetary is around the corner almost from Ashton Old Road and Mill Street openshaw

What month was he buried. Try Find My past. Also try death late 1925.

ok let me know if it is the correct one and if it is we can amend the transcribed entry on ancestry aswell for that. the original index cannot be altered, that was compiled decades ago.

Hi Dotty,
just to let you know that the death cert of my g/grandad John Charles Ledson was not the one. THE GRO office emailed me and gave a refund. Still searching, thanks again
