Marjorie/Marje/Marjory Adams & Wilmot Young - Biography
7 Answers
Trying to find biographical details about Marjorie, especially. She was around on the New York stage in the 1920s and I think got some film roles in the "silent" era, possibly surviving even until the early "talkies". As usual, any pointers gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

I read your previous thread and did make some searches , it really would help to know a little more about the ages, nationalities and perhaps relationsips of these two, simply looking at the names and silent screen actresses has not turned up anything in marjorie and there are some quite detailed lists available on dedicated silent movie sites.
Thanks for your interest, Dotty. There's some info about their stage company performances at:

It appears they were on stage in Halifax, NS, quite a lot during the 1920s, so, perhaps not New York. Her forename was also sometimes shown as "Margie" and, so far as I can tell, she married Wilmot Young, so may have been known as Margie Young. I have found possible/probable reference to her as having been buried in Massena Point (New York State) "where she had a holiday home". Still hoping to find the link with the silent/talking movies.
