was god worshiped b4 jesus spread the word? if not why not? and if so then did they have churches and wot was the symbol of it as the cross is what jesus was left to die on. n that would not hav happened yet. I think histor just gets made up to suit itself!

It really depends how far back you want to go and which god you are referring to.
